Why wouldn’t it be? If some idiot gets screwed by injecting synthol (technically synthrol), that’s his choice. Why are cigarettes legal when more than ten thousand non-smokers die each year from second-hand smoke? It is not for the government to waste taxpayers’ money imposing arbitrary rules on drugs if the drugs do not harm anyone but the user.
No, it does not help to have bigger muscles. What it does is put oil on your muscles to make them look bigger. Type synthol into google images and see for yourself how disgusting and unreal it looks. By taking synthol you will NOT gain strength or increase muscle size and it is NOT legal anywhere in the world.
