I work on movie sets like a handful, and being under those lights for long periods of time is hard on my skin. Kellie Martin has been an actress for most of her life and has spent most of her time in those lights. That’s enough to dry out anyone’s skin and cause it to wrinkle prematurely. A mix of LA sunshine and bad air doesn’t help either. Also, I don’t know if she smokes or not. Smoking will do it quickly on your face; not that I’m accusing him of smoking… (disclaimer… hello…)
Heck, only the rigors of the entire entertainment industry will age you. TV adds 10 pounds and they forget to say it adds 10 years. Do you think your children give you gray hair? Just spend an hour on the phone with these Hollywood sharks.
I don’t think she looks that bad considering what she puts up with off-screen if she’s been in “the business” and been doing it for as long as she’s been doing it. In fact, I think she looks pretty good.

It looks good on me, I just looked at it and it hasn’t changed much. She always had a serious face and a mature air. When she was in the ER, she seemed fine.
Genetics and the way she ages, and she’s probably not following the Hollywood trend of just not doing any “work” to look younger, she’s trying to age naturally.
I watched her in the ER and she was very young at the time and I thought she was younger and just adorable. Your daughter will inherit this gene for sure.

From the wrinkles around her mouth, lips and forehead, it looks like Mrs. Martin may like the sun or smoke cigarettes, which can be very unpleasant with age. I’m sure Mrs. Martin has $ for all non-surgical skin treatments. As the fountain of youth can be scary, as a fan, I only wish Ms. Martin all the best…for the sake of well-being :).
