Blas only has 2 weaknesses while lapreas has 4
Excludin TM and so Blas attacks are strong but few different types and lapras is an ice type so ice type moves are stronger and can even learn Sheer Cold (it’s a 1-kb move)

Everything is fine. Why not evolve your Pikachu and Kadabra? If you can’t evolve your Kadabra, look for another Psychic type like Espeon. Lapras, Charizard, and Blastoise are weak against Electric-types, so it’s a good idea to replace Blastoise or Lapras with a Ground-type.

Overall, Blastoise is just better with better stats. Although lapras has a large movepool, which makes him an excellent candidate, he still needs to be blastoise.
