In my daughter’s Disney book, Bambi, it says: “Flor met a pretty possum….Thumper flirted with a pretty bunny…and when Faline saw Bambi, she gave him a big kiss. They were all tweeted! But my pet bunny Thumper had a girlfriend named Snowy.

I don’t think she had a name in the movie. But some people (and maybe Disney itself) called her “Miss Bunny.” Thumper’s girlfriend was never named Bambi, but decades later fans informally called her Bixbi, which has become widely accepted as her official name.

She didn’t have a name, and neither did Flower, the skunks’ girlfriend. Only Bambi’s girlfriend was given a name. “Feline.”
