In all honesty, that’s an unlikely scenario unless someone is deliberately trying to hit you there. Most of the time, these are head or upper body shots, as that is what is usually exposed. Perhaps one of the best things you can learn is to be aware of what you’re exposing. Just let an elbow or maybe the top of your head stick out and you’re walking.

Just swallow. I’ve seen guys use their capsules in front of the crotch, but I find that ridiculous. There’s very little chance of getting hit there, and if so, just suck it up and keep playing.
