What does sears CODE 2 mean on the intercom?

I was at Sears yesterday and heard CODE 2 on the hardware. I was on the hardware when I heard I wanted to know what this meant because there was a suspicious-looking man in a baggy T-shirt. What does that mean.

I just learned that a code 2 on the intercom means someone needs approval on the case.

To be honest, I really don’t know. But I bet that fits your logic.
It’s probably a security alert. Undercover cops/security probably showed up at the hardware department shortly after the intercom was announced.
