What Does Bndover Circ With Pre Hrng Mean?

My boyfriend was charged with unlawful possession of a firearm, he was previously charged with his first felony of Robbery 1 which fell to Robbery 2. He has served 3 of a 6 year consecutive sentence. Which means he violated his probation or probation. I learned of the evidence against him in a Facebook Live video showing him in possession of the gun. But the witness denounced him anonymously. What could that mean for him? Is the limited circle good or bad?

It means you have bad taste in guys and picked a big loser who’s been gone for over 10 years. Wash your hands of that trash and find someone who has NO criminal record for crimes! You know someone who has never been arrested and has a good steady job.
Oh, don’t bother wasting your money on this guy, it also means he’s unsalvageable and only a big jerk would be stupid enough to save someone like that. It’s clear he’s not able to stay out of trouble and was even so proud of himself (just to show his extreme stupidity) that he posted a video of his ill-gotten gains on Facebook to brag about!

Literally, it’s short for “Bound over to Circuit Court with a Preliminary Hearing”.
A parole violation wouldn’t require a circuit court, so it looks like they’re going to charge him with criminal possession of a firearm. Then they will hold a hearing to revoke the parole. That means jail time for the remainder of his 6-year sentence, plus whatever he receives for possessing a firearm.
You asked if it was good or bad. I think that’s fine, but you might think otherwise.
