When you get this error it means you have exceeded your allocated bandwidth at the moment, wait about 4-6 hours and you can get back to it. I know this from personal experience as it happened to me while I was in the pool game on yahoo
Yahoo! games acts like I’ve been having issues for days. Try another game site like pop caps. Good luck!
This usually happens when I try to put a URL in the Your Answer space or in the Know Your Source space. I think it’s just a bad URL.
