How much for a non-pregiata mixed meat grigliata (filetto or fiorentine my meat type salsiccie, wustel, costine and braciole) including anche pasta fredda, stuzzichini, bere (birra/vino/limoncello) and angurie x 30 people approximately?
Mi che costine e salsicce vanno attorno ai 4 euro al kg, bistecche e braciole un pò di più.
Ad occhio e croce ti ci vorranno una 50ina di euro per la carne, almeno altri 50 euro per bibite gassate + qualche bottiglia di vino + birra, qualche decina di euro per la frutta, con qualche euro te la cavi per la pasta (I think che 4 kg for 30 people (about 150 grammi for the forehead, the portion of the ristorante is 80 gr, the spaghetteria about 120-130 gr) and per condiment, altri 20 euro per posate, tovaglioli, bicchieri…
belch by eccesso I will tell you with 150-170 euros you la dovresti cavare.
If you want to eat a qualche antipasto type tramezzini fatti at home or pizzette, metti pure in conto sui 200 euro, my sfami 30 persone però!!!
