Yesterday I went to the Office Depot and spoke to the employment manager and took the assessment test which had about 123 questions. He then said it would take about 24 hours to get the results. What should I expect next?
I hate to say it, but they get the results right away. We used to tell people it took time to get results when they failed the test…or if we just didn’t have time for an interview (which, however short we ran out of staff, was a lot).
The test provides results based on the performance of other test takers across the country…which means if 95% of people lied to every question on the test and you were honest…you wouldn’t make it. You have to do better than 50% of the people who pass the test…not a certain percentage.

Ask your grandparents and your mother to teach you how to do these things. See if there are any non-credit cooking classes you can take, I know many junior colleges and park districts offer these at low cost.
