The best way to describe the taste is like chocolate milk. Only it has a finer texture than milk, which makes it more refreshing. And the taste of chocolate is much more complex and delicious.

Not effervescent. Like a watery chocolate drink – more “drink” than “milk”
BTW, the fizzy chocolate milk is awesome! In New York it’s called Egg Custard – an old fashioned diner and diner.

I do not like it. It doesn’t have the chocolate flavor we know from Nesquik or Hershey’s. It’s like adding one of these concoctions to water instead of milk.
