The idea is to impress on the reader or listener that the individual speaking acknowledges that they are “disgusting” but don’t care…
I counted 11 too. Obviously, the syllable counter on this site is wrong and should not be relied upon. As for a sentence of 10 words with 7 syllables, no, it is not possible.
