How to thaw frozen pipes underground?

Wrap a towel over the frozen water pipe, then pour warm water over it, it should be noted that hot water above 50°C can also cause the pipe to burst. It is recommended to pour warm water several times and slowly increase the water temperature. With a hydrometer, wrap a hot towel over the hydrometer and fill it with warm water (no more than 60°C) until the ice melts. Do not pour boiling water or light a fire to avoid damage to the water meter.
