Shoulders – 3 pounds
Thigh pads – 1/2 pound set
knee pads – 1/4 pound set
They don’t do much at all… headphones are the most problematic, usually for someone who is not used to

Yes, that with the helmet weighs around 15-20 pounds. Work with a heavy vest…it works like a charm. When you place the pads, the uniform will feel light. Good luck to you.
