I have been working at home depot for just over six months and am curious about bronze, silver and so on. As far as I know, for three regular prizes you get bronze, silver or gold depending on where you are.
After your 3rd home run they should give you bronze, then 3 more and you get silver, and so on… If you haven’t received your bronze medal after your 3rd badge, I would ask your associate coordinator. if you don’t have one, talk to your human resources representative or operations manager

There are 4 badges for each level, the 4th is bronze and $25.00 so you get 3 more and the 4th is gold and you get another currency. It takes 12 badges to get platinum, then you get $100.00 and a homer rewards watch. I just received mine. David C.
ask when you get the bronze and silver badges do they count as an awsrd homer do you still have 6 awards or do you have 8 awards
You automatically get Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum every 3 badges, it’s not earned like the 4th, it’s automatically given to you by the company (comes in a special envelope and is sent to the store then delivered to you) . Moreover, for each Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum badge, you also get a monetary bonus on your salary. $50 for bronze, 60 for silver, 75 for gold, 100 for platinum.

also when you get Platinum 4 times and you get another 3 after that you get Diamond which has an even bigger prize that comes with it
