Go to c:program files (x86), then bluestacks and rename bluestackstv to blusestacks tv 1

Yes, there is a way.
Navigate to your file:ProgramDataBlueStacksOem.cfg and open it with Notepad and edit the line:
from true to false
The next time you open Bluestacks 2, the Bluestacks TV window won’t start/open.
hack didn’t work for me, but I changed it to false for the and tags, and it worked.

I closed Bluestacks and its service before editing the
:ProgramDataBlueStacksOem.cfg
