Grammar question: “Thank you, again.” Comma necessary?

Who is correct?

Not necessary

B

No comma. If you end the note, you can say

Thanks again,

Lebla

No comma needed.
It is the abbreviation of:
“I want to thank you again for…”

I think using a comma will fail.

“Thanks again” is just a short form of “thanks again”. If you say “I give it to you again”, do you use a comma here?

The comma is not necessary; if you put a comma, it will disconnect your sentence. it would mean that you are grateful (but it seems like a formality).
