With so many people I would go for all0inclusive. Presumably, all 10 would be in the same place, and arranging proper meals for 10 people, dinner times, etc., seems like a lot of stress. People can do things on their own all-inclusive schedule.
I don’t know this place in particular so I can’t recommend any in particular. However, I would start with Expedia, read those reviews, then cross-reference them with TripAdvisor and choose something that gets good reviews on both.
