And there were two official papers that were given to each of them by the marshals, one paper was given to the official tenant who signed the lease and the other was given to the boyfriend who lives with the tenant (AKA – AND ALL THE OTHERS). The official tenant responded in time to the court. But the “AND EVERYONE ELSE/boyfriend” did not respond to the court in time. Can the owner throw out the “AND EVERYONE/boyfriend” since he hasn’t responded to the court documents? Please indicate your source if possible. Thanks
