I bought a laptop on ebay and it was shipped via ebay’s global shipping program. But 3 days ago my delivery arrived in the UK with no delivery update just stopped at (In transit with destination carrier 13ten). I went to 13ten’s website and it says “Packet pending (data received)” for 3 days, what does that mean?. I need immediate answer please
