I worked there for almost 2 years. I can proudly say this is a horrible company and they will kick you to the dogs if need be. So many complaints I don’t even know where to start.
They don’t pay for transport to and from work, they don’t pay for medical exams, unlike most other companies.
They tell you to pass the medical exam for the next year before your contract starts, but I couldn’t sign my contract until my employment contract started, so I didn’t bother taking my medical exam the second year. They didn’t seem to notice (due to their extreme DISORGANIZATION).
Anyway, I took a summer vacation to Thailand and told them I wouldn’t be available during that time. I even called them TWICE the day before I left (on vacation) and both times asked if there was anything I needed to do (before leaving) and both times it was fine.
So when I get back to Japan a month later, I go back to all those emails (I told them I was unreachable) and an official letter saying I had been suspended until I passed a medical, indicating in my contract that I was passing for a medical examination before the start of my contract (even though I didn’t sign my contract until after my contract started).
Eh?
