In some of my Facebook posts, I get replies that say “You won, check my profile”. Is this some kind of fraud?

It’s probably a scam, it’s possible that one of your friends has been hacked

Usually. it’s easier than creating and paying for an ad, so they put their website address in their profile. So they show people there by posting this nonsense “You won, look at my profile”. Ignore them. There’s no reason to see someone’s profile saying that.
EDIT TO ADD: Thought I’d also add that if the post is on YOUR timeline, in a post YOU put there, you can delete it. click on the dots next to your post and one of the options is Delete.
