I’m sure you already know that “You’re toast” is slang for “I’ll beat you”. His response is a clever pun that means “I’d like to see you try to beat me”. I was going to edit this to mention that this is a play on “You and what army?” but I see that adiev has already defeated me.

Ok, so there’s one thing people can say that’s like “you and what an army” when threatened, like “why do you act like you can defeat me on your own?” So when the character says “you and which toaster?” it’s a joke about it.
