I’m 1.75 m for 77 kg and I hate my body. I wanted to try Hydroxycut to see if it works. Or if anyone likes any other suggestions on how to lose that weight. I would like to lose about 38 lbs. I know about diet and exercise, but what are the best ways to exercise to make weight loss more effective and faster?
The old stuff was, but the new ꜱᴜcκs formula, I wouldn’t waste your money on that. Now I tried this thing called Venom, Hyperdrive 3.1 I think it’s called? I got it from a nutrition/bodybuilding website and it was $28 for a bottle and you can take 1 or 2 a day (there are 90 in a bottle so it lasts a while) and I lost weight. 10 kg in 3 weeks. The stuff gives you energy and curbs your appetite like nothing else I’ve ever experienced. I just bought a bike this spring too and I cycle for errands and 5-6 mile rides and it helps me tone up and lose weight like crazy if you have young kids buy one of these bike trailers, they are so amazing and you will get a better workout pulling them, my kids love them! Good luck!

I tried several times. Sure, it gives you more energy and confidence, and it will increase weight loss, but it never worked the way I wanted because I wasn’t really motivated to lose weight. I trusted the pills to do it for me. If you exercise and eat healthy, hydroxycut will help you lose weight faster. Personally, I think Alli, the new pill, is the best ever and I’ve heard a lot of good things about it! I’m 17… and I’ve recently lost a lot of weight since joining the National Guard. I’ve been fat almost all my life! and I never felt confident But you can. Good luck!!
I took NV and it worked for me. I lost about 10 pounds in about 3 weeks. It just left me hungry. Also, you can try to eat less and stay busy. I’m doing this now and I’ve lost about 35 lbs. since January. Also my one of my friend is trying this new diet. She told me she only ate FRUIT and lost 8 lbs in 3 days. I never tried because I don’t really like fruit, but maybe you could. I’m 5’5 and 170. I know what you’re feeling.
People who plan their weekly meals are more successful at losing weight than those who don’t. Plan your meals to add healthy carbs like sweet potatoes and wholegrain pasta, vegetables and lean protein, buy all the ingredients ahead of time, and don’t be tempted to snack or order.
Suck it. Consciously hold and contract your stomach muscles as you walk, sit at the picture table, or eat your evening meal. This will help strengthen your abs and core, and get you closer to a kind of flatter stomach.
you need to vary your training program so that your body doesn’t get used to the same routine.
our bodies don’t want to be thin – bodies want to be ‘fat’, full of stored energy just in case – human evulsion is ‘unreached’ by our agricultural technological advancements…and so all that we do to lose fat our bodies will adapt (e.g. results of yo-yo dieting)
you really don’t need a fat burner to lose weight. As long as you dedicate yourself to getting in shape and eating healthier, you’ll lose weight without having to spend another $40 on a bottle of pills. and think how proud you will be of yourself when you do it without hydroxycut…
you didn’t gain all those 38 pounds overnight, you’re not going to lose them overnight. Well ! Good luck.

Eat muesli two hours before your workout to increase fat burning during your workout. Slow to digest, muesli takes longer to pass through your system, so it’s less likely to be turned into fat and will still give you a nice boost of energy.
Eat goat cheese instead of regular cheese. It contains 40% fewer calories than cheese created with cow’s milk.
Personally I would go with “Hydroxycut Hᴀʀᴅcoʀᴇ” It works really well. It can be purchased online from many websites.
