I am celiac. siccome mi serves bevanda with sali minerali, type powerade, ma ho letto negli ingredientsi che c’ è la maltodestrina. ma me can I be it or not? otherwise quele bevanda mi consigliate, semper con sali minerali e potabile ai celiaci?

mi aggiungo anche io alla list … communicate anche io bevo calmly il powerade, il gatorade and so on and not mi hanno mai dato problemi.
For how many riguarda la tua domanda, in vari siti si legge che i celiaci podeno bere thatste bevande solo se la maltodestrina derives from maize, potato, riso or altri cereali senza glutine; vice versa is derived from frumento or altro cereale vietato ai celiaci non sarà consentita.
