Can anyone tell me where I can get the “El gato de Verdaguer” boxing doll that Michael Scott used on the office show? Or a boxing/punching puppet similar to the one mentioned above. Thanks. I am also from Singapore, is there any store that sell this kind of puppet??

Generally, a doll shown on television or on stage is copyrighted, and unless it is sold as merchandise, you will not find replicas being sold. If you want something for decoration, check if the merchandise is available or not.
If you want a puppet for a performance, I suggest you create your own designs and make it yourself or order from a puppet maker. (Puppet makers can refuse to make replicas of copyrighted designs and are often sued for doing so)
In this particular case, the puppet may be generic, but a quick Google search didn’t turn up much other than fan sites. You could try looking on eBay as there are lots of boxing puppet listings (probably not cats):
