Well, for starters, it’s not really an equation, because no new chemicals were formed, only salt, which is soluble in water, mysteriously became a solid!
You just need to do the obvious, try to swap chemical partners (commonly called double shift) and know that AgCl is insoluble (chloride test)
AgNO3(aq) + NaCl(aq) -> AgCl(s) + NaNO3(aq)
