If I remember correctly, saying h(x) = (f+g)(x) is equivalent to saying h(x) = f(x) + g(x). So in this case just add the y-values of each graph for each x-value (e.g. for x = 0, f(0) = 0 and g(0) = 3, so h(0) = 0 + 3 = 3

f(x) = -x if x<0 e = x se x>=0
g(x) = -x+3 if x < 3 e x - 3 se x>=3
then
h(x) = -2x + 3 if x<0 = 3 if 0<=x<3 = 2x - 3 se x>=3
i.e. it is a downslope = -2 in the first region. Flat on the second and sloping on the third.
